Whats For Lunch!

Actually food served for lunch ni dh lama nak update..tapi asyik lupa je..maklum la semakin muda bak kata anak dara I..so hari ni mcm free gitu *^*&$^&$*&^(**^?"::" I upload la gambar2 ni utk tatapan bloggers..ada ke yg tgk blog I ni..???hehehe..

Jangan kecur suda ye..bulan2 posa ni..anggaplah dugaan Ramadhan..Aminnn...

sambal tempe ikan bilis
ayam goreng sambal n udang goreng masak merah

pucuk paku tumis, kari ikan kembong,
tempe goreng ikan bilis, sup daging

Ramadhan datang lagi...Bulan posa ni not much cooking activities sbb tak ramai customer yg breakfast n lunch coz majority our customer is Muslim..Tapi we still operate tp at a very little volume of food served..

Tahun ni, first time ever, my hubby suggested to try out selling drinks kat bazaar ramadhan kat area rumah. Then I told him, why not! Sbb since tahun ni I pon ala-ala malas nk gi tolong kt kedai mak sbb dh ramai sale assistant, kiterang proceed with the plan.. Kiterang jual soya bean panas/sejuk, sirap tembikai and orange tropikal..And ya..the selling can be considered ok on the 1st day and we continue je la..

So this long weekend..sbb cuti continuously sampai senin in conjunction to merdeka day.. we all plan nk prepare extra sikit.. mcm air mata kucing, mee kari and nasi lemak bungkus seringgit..hhhmm.. ok gak rasanya.. Just try it out la.. No harm.. business ni kena berani.. hhehehe.. Kalau ada sesaper yg nk support..datanglah ke gerai kami di Lembah Jaya..

Gate Warming and Birthday Prayers

Salam everyone...

Last Saturday, we were invited to attend gate warming cum birthday prayers for my frenz's husband. My fren order spagethi bolognaise untuk makan2 ptg tu.. I pon ok je..takde hal. Lagipon dah lama tak lepak2 with frenz on Saturday..

Bahan2 untuk buat spagethi untuk 20-30 orang makan:

3 bungkus San Remo Spagethi (favorite brand)
2 bungkus Minced Meat
1 bungkus (L) HotDog
2 tin Button Mushroom
Cili Kering
Tomato Sos
Cili Sos
Tomato Buah
Butter
Garam
Minyak

Parsley Kering
Parsley Fresh

Latest Update!

Almost 1 month tak update blog ni..Bz with work, family etc.. Today I uploaded our recent Buduz Corner activities utk cuci mata n menghilangkan keboringan.. Sbb nxt wk dh mula bz balik ngan keje kt opis and furthermore nk kena pegi client office and keje kat sana for 3 days...perrgghhh... ni sumer BCP project punya pasal..nak kena berlakon kalau tetiba ada emergency kat opis..

Anyway, catering baru ni as usual from internal office of Maybank for about 70 pax. Breakfast, lunch and tea.. For breakfast they ordered nasik lemak and traditional kuih, budget lunch (hehehe)ayam goreng rempah, sayur campor n telor sambal and for tea break ada traditional kuih. Penat gak la haritu sbb 3 consecutive days tak lena tido sbb anak bongsu demam..Tp terpaksa gagah kan diri hari Sabtu lepas utk assist budak2 kat kedai utk setup buffet table and etc.

In a week time dh masok bulan puasa, so business operations are as usual..maybe bfast preparation tu kurang sikit dari biasa but we still prepare lauk pauk utk berbuka and mungkin benda goreng2 macam mihun, mee, kueyteow, nasi goreng for tapau. We have put up notice to inform our customers. Tp yg bestnya tu...derang tanya ada delivery service tak? hahaha...ni mesti kes memonteng or terpaksa ponteng la ni...
